Capsule Concept, Art Direction

Another entry in my "What If AyoTheVillain Designed For" series, where I imagine being handed a brand and given free rein. Here I designed a capsule concept for High Fashion by Jol. It is not a real commission, it is me exploring how I would approach the brand if it were mine to art-direct for a season.
A capsule, imagined end to end
Designing a season for a brand that never briefed me.

With no brief to react to, I set my own: build a small, focused capsule that feels intentional rather than a pile of ideas. I worked it as concept and art direction, thinking about how the pieces hang together as one story instead of standalone graphics.
The discipline of a capsule, few pieces and one clear point of view, is exactly why I picked it as the format.

Proof of point of view
What comes out of it is less about the clothes being real and more about showing a clear creative direction: that I can take a fashion brand and give it a coherent look and feel from scratch. It is a portfolio piece built to show range, not to sell a product.
Range on purpose
I make concept work like this to stretch into spaces I am not always hired for yet. Fashion is one of them. Designing a capsule with nobody watching lets me prove the instinct is there before the real brief shows up. That is the whole reason the "What If" series exists.
